seriously, i can taste summer already

i went home for mother's day weekend.

it was indeed a pretty good weekend.

i came home on friday night via tien.

the sound of the television upstairs welcomed me home,

followed by my dad and then my little sister.

my mom was in missouri for my uncle's graduation.

my older sister was out as usual.

i pretty much chilled the night.

saturday morning i awoke startlingly early, 6:34am to be exact.

my body clock is so used to getting up early.

thus started my periodic waking ups.

i was hoping to go to balboa to skim with justin.

but plans came up and that changed.

went around with my dad and sister to do some stuff.

got back and got ready for odessa's bonfire.

justin picked me up and we headed to huntington beach.

it was an amazing time for what it was.

we went flatland skimming for like half an hour...when the sun was pretty much set.

i didn't wear trunks or anything and ended up skimboarding in my boxer-briefs and a tanktop.

the water was warm and the breeze was lovely.

it was a really good evening to be at the beach.

we headed back to the warmth of the fire and had hot dogs and conversations.

after we headed back to miguelli's place and chilled.

we walked to in-n-out.

then went back home and ko'd.

i can't wait for summer.

i'm looking forward to having another huge bonfire.

and this time i won't plan it the same day when all the churches decide to have Mass on the beach.
